Coast Guard to re-power BRP Cabo Bojeador’s engines

MANILA, July 18 (PNA) — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has allocated about Php 24 million for the procurement of equipment and services needed for rehabilitation of the port and starboard main engines and generator sets of BRP Cabeador (AE-46).

Winning bidders are required to deliver the services and equipment within 10 calendar days.

Bid opening is slated on July 30, 9 a.m. at Philippine Coast Guard Conference Room, 2F Admin Building, 139 25th St, Port Area, Manila.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.

BRP Cabo Bojeador is one of the PCG’s buoy tenders. (PNA)
