Daddy Bill's Baked Chicken Thrill

HELLO! Here I am again, Daddy Bill, from Kentucky and I have a healthy and nutritious, country recipe that will tantalize your taste buds and send them into a frenzy. Meals do not have to be unexciting and bland to be health smart.

With just a few spices and a little kitchen ingenuity, you too can have a dining experience that will cause family and friends alike to rant and rave and demand that YOU prepare this meal again and again. This zestful and oven prepared chicken entree is spicy and low fat. So let's go to the kitchen and prepare:

Daddy Bill's Baked Chicken Thrill

Servings: Serves 2 to 4 people
Equipment: Preheated oven or unheated turbo broiler set at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: One whole chicken, portioned, washed and skinless
Seasonings:
Ground cayenne pepper-1tsp.
Garlic powder-2tsp
Onion powder-1tsp
Light seasoned salt-1tsp.

First remove the skin from the portions you intend to serve. I recommend using the breasts and wings because of their lower caloric content compared to the dark meat portions of the chicken. Wash the portions and place them bone side up upon a broiler rack for your oven or turbo broiler that you will have set at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then using half of your seasonings -- in any sequence it doesn't matter -- dust the chicken. Next turn the portions over and use the rest of seasonings to dust the topside. Now then just place the rack of seasoned chicken in your oven, preheated or unheated turbo broiler set at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and in 60 minutes you will have a delectable, lip smacking chicken dinner that will be a favorite for many meals to come.

Delicious dining! *
