PT to conduct free photo workshop

The second in a series of Philippines Today-sponsored workshops will be held on August 19, from 2:30 pm at Friends International Mart in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

Veteran photographer and Philippines Today columnist Glenn D. Calanag will talk about the technical and artistic aspects of photography. The workshop will also feature a hands-on and a photo critiquing session. PT editor and photographer Butch N. Talorete will assist, together with distinguished fine-art photographer David RedHawk Legault.

The free workshop for beginners will feature a film showing entitled "World's Greatest Photography Course," which the resource persons will further clarify and discuss. Participants can ask any photography-related question during the discussion. They may also bring samples of their photos for expert critiquing. Participants will also have their portraits taken for free after the workshop.
